How to
find out about off-campus jobs:

REVIEW
JOB: Review job orders carefully, selecting jobs for
which you are qualified (2 maximum for off-campus referrals).

FILL
OUT APPLICATION: Special forms are available in the Employment
Center Office, room 435.

RESUME: Bring
in your own resume. Or we can help you in developing one, by appointment
only.

FILL
OUT SLIP: Fill out a referral slip. Bring it to the Employment
Center receptionist between 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
(Summer: 9:00 - 1:0 p.m. Monday-Thursday) No phone calls please!

WAIT
TO BE CALLED: After checking in with the receptionist, please
wait inside the office until your name is called for a placement
interview. (Please note: while you may inquire regarding any
2 posted jobs, actual referral is limited to 1-2 jobs daily.)

ON-CAMPUS
JOBS: Follow up to step #5 listed below. On-campus referrals
are restricted to ONE per day. It is required to show two pieces
of ID card (i.e. Social Security and a picture ID such as State
Driver’s License, or State ID Card), be enrolled in a minimum
of 6 units (Fall/Spring semesters) and a minimum of one unit
(Summer session). Bring proof of enrollment.

interest you, we still advise filling out an application to keep
on file.

programs.
